Purpose:
To establish guidelines for drafting simple photos to be posted on various social media platforms. This SOP must be followed by all personnel assigned to this task.
Tools to consider when drafting:
- Motion Array
- is an all-in-one professional site, with unlimited asset downloads (photo, video, preset, template, background music), exclusive Premiere Pro plugins, real-time video collaboration, and approvals, and a video website builder.
- Canva
- is a free-to-use online graphic design tool. Use it to create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos, and more.
Procedure:
- There are several factors to consider when creating a photo for a social media post:

- Use Motion Array or Canva to outsource your photo drafting materials.
- Avoid using unnecessary photos and videos in your graphic design. Also, make sure that the graphics’ content is engaging.

- Square Size Photo: 1080x1080px. This is primarily used for regular posting on any social media platform.
- PDF File for Slideshow: 21×29.7cm. This is used for multiple photos for LinkedIn.
- Reel: 1080x1920px. This is used for Instagram stories.
