Gathering stock footages/images to be used

Purpose:

To establish guidelines for gathering stock footage/images to be used in different publications. This SOP must be followed by all personnel assigned to this task.

Tools to consider:

• Motion Array
  • is an all-in-one professional site, with unlimited asset downloads (photo, video, preset, template, background music), exclusive Premiere Pro plugins, real-time video collaboration, approvals, and a video website builder.

Procedure:

1. Go to the website of Motion Array. (https://motionarray.com/)
2. What resource is needed?
   1. Images or Footages:
      • For Images: https://motionarray.com/browse/stock-photos/
      • For Footages: https://motionarray.com/browse/stock-video/
      • Consider the purpose of the footage/photos when gathering for:
        • Social Media: Find footage/photos that are more corporate in style and more formal in the subject.
        • Event Cover Photo: Look for more engaging subjects that complement the title.
        • Others: Find footage/photos that complement the content.
3. After gathering the files, click download and the file along with copyright documents will be downloaded.
