Once you submitted your initial draft article, the process designer will check it accordingly. This is done a day after your submission. Wednesday.
This will include plagiarism check, grammar check, and various quality checks.
Submitting a revised article is not necessary if your initial draft is approved. However, if there are feedback/suggestions needed updating, this process is necessary.
So if you received a notification in Asana that your initial draft needs updating, please see the below steps:
Step 1.
Follow the feedback or suggestions to update your initial draft. For example, if the article needs a CTA updated, please update it per instruction.
Step 2.
Submit the revised article on Thursday – a day after the feedback/suggestion has been provided.
Submitting the revised article should be in Asana. Just attach the revised document as a comment on the main task and complete the “Submit Revised Article” subtask.
